• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering  related field or a Construction Management 

degree  

• Min 10 Years experiences of major oil and gas  production PROJECTs and at least 2 years as  Senior position for developing Offshore EPCIC cost  estimate on the FEED Project 
• The Sr. Cost Estimator must have a working  knowledge of cost Estimating applicable industry  practices (AACE) 
• Knowledge Cost Breakdown Structure, developing  composite Unit Price, strong analytical on the  review of vendor/subcontractor quotation. 
• Expert in MS Excel is must   Preferable the candidate who have experiences  on the developing contingency factor through  Cost Estimate Risk Assessment (Montecarlo  simulation etc.) 
• Having written and spoken English language communication skills;
• Eligible for Indonesian Passport holder only.
