Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or computer Engineering.
• Ability to manage a comprehensive ERP package implementation.
• Ability to lead ERP integration with manufacturer control systems, Active directory, RFID, and other systems.
• Knowledge of latest ERP solutions and trends.
• Strong project management skills (ITIL prince ll).
• Excellent listening skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Decision making ability.
• Systematic and analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English.

Experience:

• 10 years' experience ERP projects with at least 3 years ERP implementation for manufacturing Industry Experience with manufacturing and SCM modules implementation is necessary.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities.

• Evaluate and plan stages of the ERP deployment, in conjunction with IT Head.
• Create Project plan and define the strategic implications of the project and define requirements to achieve a successful implementation.
• In case of integration with other application, collect all pre - requisite information and ensure end to end process applications viability in conjunction with the IT head.
• Ensure that the software/ hardware rollout (for ERP and its Sub- modules) is in sync with corporate defined parameters defined parameters of cost schedule, quality, and end user satisfaction.
• Ensure that each internal departments understands the obligations, integration, and pre-requisites from other departments in order to achieve an end- to-end success of the project.
• Ensure end users are getting the maximum use of the ERP implemented functions, through proper interaction, training, vendor's updates, and seminars.
• Interact and capture on regular basis requirements of all departments and identify pain points/issues, filter benefits and create continuous feedback evaluation forms to improve the delivered services.
• Use and facilitate review of ERP vendor's defined best practices whenever possible and in the lack of corporate business processes, thus leveraging on the industry's extensive knowledge.
• Lead, guide, and mentor all the project team members during the implementation phase.
• Manage the delivered ERP project to ensure strict adherence to the envisioned plan by logging specific problems, addressing arising issues and identify ways of enhancement to maximize use of purchased functionalities.
• Ensure that the system is functioning properly, is glitch-free, review logged calls with help desk and facilitate reduction and resolution of these call.
