Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable laboratory experience with experimental test methods

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Laboratory Analyst to join our expanding team in Farnborough providing independent testing and consultancy services to the fuels and lubricants sector. You will be responsible for undertaking the analysis of primarily lubricants and greases in the team's test laboratories.

Key activities:

• Undertaking and co-ordinating testing using established test methods
• Interpretation of test data and provision of meaningful conclusions based on test results
• Providing advice to customers on the results of testing and other issues relating to product analysis
• Maintenance of existing test equipment and developing/commissioning of new test methods and equipment as required
• Providing support to projects - for example in the production of customer reports
• Ensuring compliance with relevant quality and accreditation procedures
