Overview
Designs and facilitates training content and skills for Diversity and Inclusion Division. By working collaboratively, under the supervision of the group leader, performs annual content reviews, supports course forecasting, assists in cross training, and assists Division as required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead dynamic workshops for Diversity & Inclusion Division by ensuring curriculum fidelity by facilitating the curriculum as designed Ensure participants building competency in the skills taught in the curriculum through good communication, rapport and accountability Plan and coordinate with co-facilitators of workshops to determine best presenters by module and other curriculum needs before and throughout workshop series Maintain accurate workshop data, including attendance rosters, evaluations, and other reporting documents Design and revise training materials such as content, manuals, instructional aides for assigned workshops Assists team/division in needs assessments and program forecasting which includes but not limited to the survey and working on the learning plans Keeps up-to-date with training and development trends by participating in internal and external community of practices, trainings, webinars, conferences, etc.

Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor of Arts Education
Bachelor of Science Business and Management
Bachelor of Science Social Sciences
Years of experience: Minimum of 5 years
Strong command of English required . Arabic would be a plus.
Facilitation experience preferred
D&I knowledge or background preferred
