FIELD OPERATIONS (IDD EL-SHARGI)
Primary purpose of job
Lead and manage all Instrumentation and Control Systems maintenance activities to safeguard technical integrity and optimize life cycle cost with focus on minimizing risk. Work closely with other departments to accomplish effective cross discipline knowledge.
Experience & Skills
Minimum Experience: • 8 years’ experience in controls and instrumentation within oil and gas field. • To have knowledge on PS1 automation systems like HIMA, TRICONEX, and ABB DCS. • Supervisor level who is responsible for all controls and instrumentation technical decisions within maintenance department. • Set and improve best maintenance strategy for instrumentation and supervise onshore/offshore engineers/ technicians.
Minimum Education: • BS Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or Instrumentations Engineering or equivalent. • Master’s degree is an advantage.
