Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Main duties:
1. Commits TP towards clients, partners, subcontractors and vendors;
2. Ensures project execution within time, budget and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks/opportunities;
3. Ensure timely internal and external reporting;
4. Manages, inform, lead project team by setting and monitoring performance targets;
5. Guarantees achievement or improvement of P&L forecasts;
6. Ensures coordination of interfaces;
7. Ensures project execution and financial close out with appropriate feedback;
8. Creates quality and HSE oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team;
9. Contributes to people development by interfacing with project department and HR .
Qualifications Requirements: (education background / relevant working experiences / knowledge / skill / ability / special request)
Must have:
Working experiences
+15 years working experience
Experience of 2-3 large projects as project manager,
With Chemical and Petrochemical project execution experience.
Education background
Process/Pipe/Mechanical degree or diploma
Knowledge / Skill
Professional English
Nice to have:
National Registered Process Engineer is preferred.
