About The Job

Propose, follow-up and ensure adoption of the HSE digitalization strategy and the technology road map by focusing on continues improvement.

Support Global HSE standards compliance and lead HSE related special interventions.

Covering all TEN sites, offices, and yards in close cooperation with all other TEN disciplines. In particular with Construction, IDS, QHSES and local management

The role which you will play

From Global HSE perspective drive and support all operations in enhancing overall HSE performance and HSE business excellence.

You will work closely with the Operations (Construction mainly & Site Management) and the HSE Heads of the main Operating Centers.

The Global Technical HSE Manager will be part of the global QHSES Organization. You will report directly to the Global HSE Director.

The position is based in the Paris Area, France.

Responsibilities

Digitalization:

• Propose and Lead HSE Digitalization improvements to develop a TEN HSE site digital offering or Global HSE site package.
• Main objectives: refocus on HSE tasks, be leaner and reduce site administrative activities.
• Assess current site HSE tasks and needs.
• Gather OC/sites newly initiated technologies.
• Link with existing programs if feasible and beneficial and or propose a new way of working.
  • Scan market on existing and functional techniques.
• Define Global approach/strategy /deployment. Align sites in common usage.
• Coordinate with Global Construction and IDS for alignment in implementation and support.

Technology in HSE:

• Define Global approach/strategy.
• Scan market on existing and functional techniques.
• Gather OC/sites newly initiated technologies and globalize if practicable.
• Support working groups internally/externally to investigate new techniques.
• Drive sites in common execution.
• Support Peer & client alignment.

Compliance:

• Support OC HSE head in Field compliance monitoring of Global standards through audits.
• Support correct execution of standards.
• Propose practical improvements in line with standards.
• Raise Best Practices/Lessons Learned into Global Standards using the IRC process.

Working groups/Intervention teams:

• Lead working groups tackling site HSE improvements (e.g. CSE, Accommodation inspection)
• Lead site HSE intervention teams (e.g. India 2 interventions).
• Strong Leadership with good ability to motivate/drive teams.

Main Skills

• New tech savvy, eager and curious to innovate.
• Fast learner.
• Easy in networking & high collaborator.
• Good knowledge of the HSE world.
• Good reporting and analytics skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language
• Comfortable in a multi-cultural environment and excellent teamwork skills.

Experience

• 5 years Field HSE experience on Major projects.
• Willing and available to travel frequently worldwide (with possible missions of more than 1 week).
• Europe based.

Education

• Completed HSE Engineering degree.
• Basic knowledge of Digitalization process and new Technological developments.
