P&C Data and Analytics Analyst

Role :

The P&C Data and Analytics Analys belongs to the team of HRIS generalists.

He/she is expected to :
  • Act as trusted business partner for P&C stakeholders (HRBP, Payroll & admin Team, C&B, Social Affairs ...) and other clients
  • Main focus point to external clients for company mandatory HR declarations (French Administration)
  • Build, maintain and deliver monthly P&C reports such as Headcount, Moves, Turnover, absences ...
  • Focus on data quality
  • Ensure local needs and local initiatives fits within Global vision and roadmap
  • Drive continuous improvement


He/she serves as the single point-of-contact for P&C members regarding his scope of activities and focuses on Data quality and data reporting automation

His/Her main roles consists to :
  • Build, maintain and deliver monthly/yearly reports on time (data quality, headcount, arrivals/departures, turn over, absences/vacations, compensation ...)
  • Answer legal declarations from the French administration and external audits
  • Deliver ad hoc reports/analyzes/requests
  • Identify data issues and makes sure they are corrected
  • Collaborate with P&C stakeholders to leverage the use of PeopleConnect and self-service.
  • Train end users so they become autonomous with the use of data from our systems (HR and payroll system)
  • Communicate with P&C Community regarding their data needs and use
  • Strengthen the message of the importance of data quality across the organization
  • Proactively collaborate across teams to recommend process/service improvements, innovative solutions ...

Profile :
  • Understanding of HR functions & the role of data in those functions

As a member of the P&C Technology generalists team and the global P&C Data & Analytics team, the P&C Data and Analytics Analyst for France plays a crucial role in providing support to P&C stakeholders such as HRBP, Payroll & Admin Team, C&B, Social Affairs, and other clients. The main focus of this role is to act as a trusted business partner to external clients for company mandatory HR declarations (French Administration) and to build, maintain, and deliver monthly P&C reports such as Headcount, Moves, Turnover, absences, etc.

The P&C Data and Analytics Analyst is responsible for ensuring data quality and making sure that local needs and local initiatives fit within the Global vision and roadmap. This role also involves driving continuous improvement and serving as the single point-of-contact for P&C members regarding her/his scope of activities.

The main responsibilities of the P&C Data and Analytics Analyst include building, maintaining, and delivering monthly/yearly reports on time, answering legal declarations from the French administration and external audits, delivering ad hoc reports/analyzes/requests, identifying data issues and making sure they are corrected, collaborating with P&C stakeholders to leverage the use of PeopleConnect and self-service, training end-users so they become autonomous with the use of data from our systems (HR and payroll system), communicating with P&C Community regarding their data needs and use, strengthening the message of the importance of data quality across the organization, and proactively collaborating across teams to recommend process/service improvements, innovative solutions, etc.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in HR data analysis, preferably in a multinational company. The candidate should have a strong understanding of HR functions and the role of data in those functions, a background in analytics, strong interpersonal communication and team skills (French & English), high integrity and ethics in handling confidential information (GDPR), attention to detail and commitment to excellence, and proficiency in Excel, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and other HRIS systems.

The candidate should also have experience in managing large datasets, data visualization, and reporting tools. Experience in working with HR data for compliance purposes is a plus. The candidate should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate should also have a strong customer service orientation and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
