Key Accountabilities
Key Responsibilities:
Plans, co-ordinates and documents needs analyses processes and
activities.
Provides first- level guidance to employees and line managers on
learning solutions to address competency development
requirements.
Provides external coordination and collaboration with partners and
service providers to fulfil company-wide and department-specific
training plans, with due regard for costs and budgets, schedules,
and timeframes.
Collaborates with internal team and external partners to provide a
schedule of programs that address company’s main competency
development needs.
Responsible for the efficient planning, scheduling, co-ordination
and activation of Learning Programmes and Projects, including
compiling and distributing materials and comms.
Responsible for administering, collecting, and analysing postprogramme
feedback from participants and/or line managers of
participants and/or vendors and facilitators.
Co-ordinates and documents programme design and curation to
address competency requirements of the workforce.
Responsible for convening and documenting outcomes of postprogramme

Qualification
Qualifications: Educational Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business Administration, or similar field. Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years post-qualification relevant experience in Learning and Development as a Learning Activator, Project Co-ordinator, or Programme Manager. This must include Administrator experience with Learning Management technology (LMS), preferably SAP SuccessFactor, as well as Learner Experience Platforms (LxPs), e.g. LinkedIn Learning, Degreed, Coursera, Udemy, Cornerstone etc. Preferred: Experience in Oil and Gas in similar roles.
