Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Under broad direction, responsible for working with the Product Development & Commercialization process for new technologies to be implemented globally within a PSL or multiple PSL's.
• Coordinates the cross-functional resources required to realize the full value of a new product introduction.
• Conducts internal training on a new product and develops training plan and documentation.
• Establishes communication and support networks and develops and implements external communication plans.
• Develop commercialization plans, target customers, and EVC and case histories.
• Provide operational and sales needs and input to focused product development (FPD) on global deployment and marketing plans.
• Coordinates FPD, manufacturing, and deployment actions, implements performance measures system, and creates enthusiasm for new product.
• Develop innovative, industry leading techniques, theories, precepts and engineering practices to solve unprecedented engineering problems during the development and application of new and improved products and processes.
• Recognized as an industry subject matter expert in one or more technical fields.
• Considered an SME within the industry. Job role contributes directly to value creation.
• Experience with Plug and Play guns systems for unconventional wells is preferred.

Qualifications :

• Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree or equivalent field experience and detailed technical knowledge and application of products/technologies, and company-required training with a minimum of 15 years experience.
• Travel required.
