Job Title: Senior-Level Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:

This position requires extensive and comprehensive knowledge in the subject area, sound judgement, effective decision making and the ability to communicate effectively while working cooperatively with team members and clients. The essential functions of this position also include technical mentoring or staff and may include managing staff as appropriate. A Senior Engineer shall procure work for the company, by attending client "meet and greets" but especially by providing excellence to our clients to ensure repeat business. Key Responsibilities:

• Examine the electrical load requirements of both new and existing projects to determine the most effective electrical system design, sizing, and requirements.
• Conduct electrical calculations, such as estimating demand and connected loads, calculating voltage drops, short circuits, and ensuring compliance with energy codes.
• Develop comprehensive electrical distribution system designs, including specifying all components of low and medium voltage electrical equipment.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external disciplines to ensure project requirements and space needs for electrical systems are met.
• Interact with clients to support business development, prepare proposals, scopes, and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in designing lighting and power distribution systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
