The position requirements are:

• Diploma and registration of chartered accountant (BSc. in Finance and Accounting and/or Chartered Accountant) with minimum of 5 to10 years of relevant professional experience at a multinational company

• Solid accounting knowledge, 3-5 years VAT experience

• Good level of English and Hungarian (French and Serbian/Croatian language is a "plus" but not mandatory)

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision

• Capacity for integration and adaptation, Group attitude, Team spirit

• Availability, reactivity, pro-activity

• Detail-oriented, organized, forward thinking

• Confident user skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (PIVOT, Macro)

Activities

For our AS24 affiliate HUB Austria, Hungary & South-East Europe we are looking for a

Chief Accountant (m/f/x), based in Budaörs, Hungary.

Within your main activities as a Chief Accountant, you will apply all Governance and HSEQ rules from TotalEnergies and AS24. You are exemplary in ethical behavior and live the company values.

Your OPERATIONAL TASKS will most importantly be:

1. You Manage, train and coach the accounting-finance team.

2. Manage financial contact on an international basis, especially with the AS24 Head office in Saint-Herblain, France.

3. Manage and control the daily financial operations for the Hub's subsidiaries.

4. Guarantee accurate financial accounting (general / debtors / creditors accounts), and manage follow through, including outsourced procedures

5. Oversee and check all fiscal transactions, and manage relations with relevant authorities and auditors of the countries within the HUB concerned, incompliance with all legal requirements.

6. Prepare income statements and monthly financial statements, provide quarterly consolidated financial statements and prepare annual financial statements

7. Plan, manage and approve cash flow

8. Analyze and control the network's financial results and the key indicators of business units, and advise Management accordingly

9. Draft management analyses (controls) and compile monthly reports

10. Organize and run audits (internal and external) for the Hub's subsidiaries

11. You take responsibility for internal control issues.
