Who we are looking for

It is important to us that you are a current student and have a genuine interest in the business and a real drive and engagement for the job. To succeed, you must have a structured approach to tasks, and prioritize attention to detail at the same time as being able to maintain focus to meet challenging deadlines. You have an outgoing personality and the capability to keep a sense of perspective with respect to the delivery of projects and assignments.

The ideal profile:

• A student engineer with technical focus and drive (typically within energy, mechanical, chemical, process, civil, structural, petroleum, or production engineering domains)

• Knowledge of Microsoft office programs, with emphasis on more advanced capabilities in Excel for statistics, modelling, and simulation (MCM)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI data analytics and visualization software

• Written and verbal English skills is a prerequisite

Activities

Key Responsibilities

You will be working closely with the Drilling & Wells department on tasks related to Well Services and Well Integrity Performance. Furthermore, you will be supporting other routine day-to-day tasks relevant for the business.

The tasks and support will mainly include:

• Working with and supporting applicable Drilling and Wells reporting systems, and information systems application portfolio

• Data gathering, and segregation of data for performance evaluation

• Maintain activity list and perform quality assurance/ control of operational data

• Liaise with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting into the Performance Lead function

• Deliver and develop the Drilling & Wells monthly Performance report in coordination with the Performance Lead, and support ad-hoc internal and external reporting requirements pertinent to Quality & Performance

• Data modelling and analysis to support enhanced future planning, and operational performance and quality improvement initiatives
Administration of vendor nonconformances, and sharing of weekly status
