You are preparing a Bac+4/5 in Marketing and Commerce
Engineering school/Business school/IAE
You are fluent in English
You have a good command of Pack Office
You have good analytical skills and are comfortable with figures

Activities
You will assist the "Marketing Operations" Project Manager in his missions. Tasks include
- Participate in the design, implementation and follow-up of marketing operations deployed in the field (up to 12 national operations and multiple local operations).
- Participate in the definition of needs and reflection on the concepts of operations with Key Account Managers and Market Segment Managers.
- Analyze and formalize the results of promotional operations (monitor KPI's and compile feedback).
- Keep the events calendar up to date and make it available to sales teams
- Communicate with the sales force via the Newsletter on the various sales operations (launch, intermediate and final results) and events.
- Analyze and monitor budgets for the Lub4You tool for local sales promotion
- Manage the LubSelection online store for the sales force
- Produce monthly reports for the LubSelection and Lub4you tools
- Manage phoning operations
- Manage relations with service providers (advertising agencies, logistics specialists, etc.)
