Activities
In this context,The "Strategy-Climate & Transformation Direction" need to find a "Sustainability Communication& Marketing Project Manager" able to support the direction to structurate the climate communication and marketing docuements for the whole division.
Activitie will be the following ones:
Building Climate Communication supports & events
-Writing of articles, popularization on climate issues, feeding of internal website with relevant content
-Support to sales teams in the redaction of marketing arguments about d eco-responsible offers (low carbon, circular economy, biosourced, ...)
-Prepatation of Internal events linked to Sustainability (Sustainable Development Goals Day)
Setting communication tools
-Implementation of a communication kit/ realeases about digital tool for the entity
-Implementation of documents to support the animation of the entity's climate network
-Reporting, centralizalisation and dissemination of good practices
Benchmarking and anticipating market expectations
-Analyze Maturity Assessments of our Suppliers and B2B customers
-Enrichment & consolidatation of our stakeholders'expectations (customers, partners, suppliers, associations, civil society, etc.)

The "Strategy-Climate & Transformation Direction" is in charge of define and deploy the 2025 Climate Strategy of the Lubricants Division within all zones and affiliates, implementing Ecodesign within the Entity ans delivering Digital Tools to help teams in their contribution to decarbonization.
