Activities

Maintenance

• Manage and oversee all maintenance operations ensuring all operations are carried out in compliance with the company safety and work policies.
• Ensure that all maintenance is completed as per the agreed time frame.
• Ensures preventative maintenance is carried out in accordance to the OEM's instructions and outlined intervals.
• Ensure increased reliability of all equipment.
• Ensure that all contractors' performance is measured against the contracts every month.
• Ensure that the maintenance Policy, Procedure and Processes are adhered to.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the maintenance strategy is monitored and reviewed frequently.
• Anticipate the replacement of obsolete equipment to promote a preventative maintenance approach.
• Review and approve maintenance projects, equipment purchases, site improvements and process changes.
• Plans and coordinates the planning, workflow and financial budgets for OPEX.

Projects

• Ensure full control over all projects in your project portfolio by following the TotalEnergies engineering project procedure.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time by creating and managing plans or programs for all allocated projects.
• Ensure that all your projects are completed within budget by managing your project financials.
• Ensure that the contractors, consultants and equipment suppliers adhere to their performance targets, deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure proper management of project documentation including technical drawings, and posting of the assets under construction to the assets register.

HSSEQ

• Ensure adherence to HSSEQ procedures by contractors and staff.
• Participate in NFT audits.
• Participate in One MAESTRO initiatives.
• Ensure that only contractors with acceptable ICC scores are used.
• Identify and report all sites' non-conformances.
• Participate in Service Station Evaluation of Risks (ERIS) audits and prepare action plans.
• Assist with duties in the HSSEQ department
• Compliance with all HSE Policies, rules, guideline and legal requirements
• Promotion of safe working environment and positively contributing to the company HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies
• That HSE competency requirements are identified & enforced within area of responsibility

Cost Optimisation

• Effective management and control of maintenance costs through cost-saving initiatives.
• Monthly reporting on maintenance costs.
• Budget for maintenance considering non-conformance findings from audits.
• Review and assess the quality of work by contractors.

• Innovation

• Responsible for promoting and driving the innovation culture within the affiliate.
• Managing and overseeing the innovation process from ideation to implementation.
• Responsible for organising and planning the InnoDays events.
• Prepare innovation reports for submission to CDMS

Sustainability

• Lead and manage all sustainability initiatives and projects.
• Develop ideas for reducing the affiliates' emission scopes.
• Implement energy-efficient solutions for business activities.

Information Technology (IT)

• Local IT person
• Responsible for resolving all IT-related issues
• Responsible for resolving all login issues
