Candidate Profile

- A person that is curious and understand the entire value chain of the Oil & Gas and New Energies industry

- Good understanding of digital technologies, emerging trends, and potential applications across the energy value-chain

- Familiarity with data-driven projects, data architecture and internal requirements related to digital initiatives

- Background envisaged on engineering and/or operations

- Demonstrated experience in transverse project management.

- Required experience in innovation and / or digital program management.

- Managerial skills to supervise/coordinate projects internally and with third party.

- Good skills in communication and interfaces management.

- Excellent technical analysis, interpersonal, oral, and written communication, organization, and presentation skills.

- Portuguese and English language skills are mandatory, knowledge in French is a plus

Activities

- HSE & Quality: Ensure that the Digital and Innovation projects are delivered in a safe manner and contribute to the improvement of the safety

performance of the affiliate

- Promote the values of the companies through the Digital and Innovation projects and networks

- Be TEEPBR focal point for developing Innovation and Digital solutions

- Responsible for screening digital solutions available, identifying possible improvements and/or new technologies to be developed.

- Build TEEPBR Innovation and Digital roadmaps based on business objectives and goals, in line with the organization's objectives.

- Ensure the timely development of the retained solutions for quick implementation and benefits to the organization.

- Assure the implementation of activities to promote the Innovation and Digital Programs, engage stakeholders and support the innovation and

digital networks

- Promote innovation projects and innovations; Give public talks and represent Innovation and Digital Programs at internal and external events

- Liaise with start-ups, incubators, and other actors of the innovation ecosystem to promote local Innovation and Digital solutions

- Facilitate knowledge transfers across business units.

Context & Environment

- TEEPBR launched an internal innovation program in 2022 and an Open Innovation program in December 2023 to foster the mindset and culture

of innovation at TEEPBR and to promote technological and non-technological innovations

- Digital is considered as a lever to deliver additional value creation in the activities operated by TotalEnergies or other Operators in Brazil

- Digital and Innovation are two important programs at HQ level, with high expectation in terms of value delivery
