Expected qualifications:

• Master degree / Business School MSc degree / engineering degree
• Specialisation in Finance or Accounting

Technical skills :

• Accounting / Controlling
• Audit / Internal control
• Analytical skills

Computing skills:

• Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of SAP would be a plus

Languages:

• English: level C1
• French: level B2

Our company offers a range of services including accounting, treasury, tax, and legal services to our subsidiaries that operate in the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors. These subsidiaries have a global presence with branches worldwide. This position presents a unique opportunity to work in a global context.

The responsibilities for this role are diverse and span across several areas :

1/ Internal Control:

• Preparation and execution of periodic controls such as account analysis and various reconciliations
• Ensuring the follow-up of the implementation of recommendations from internal/external audits and those linked to risk mapping
• Assisting in the drafting and implementation of procedures
• Preparation of an internal audit scheduled for the end of the year.

2/ Management Control:

• Assisting the management controller in the preparation of monthly reporting and in the budgetary process
• Providing temporary assistance to the management controller

3/ Accounting/Consolidation:

• Assisting accounting teams with quarterly and annual closings.

Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.

The affiliate will provide a SHARED accommodation.
