Candidate Profile

Qualifications/Experience required

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or related field.

• Minimum of two(02) years' post qualifying experience preferably in the petroleum or logistics industry.

• Strong conceptual and innovative skills.

• Experience in audit, terminal/depot operations, logistics, safety and engineering is an added advantage.

Activities

Main Objective

• The role holder is responsible for managing the company's management systems (IMS, MAESTRO), custodian of the company master index, principal document controller and overseer of HSE Audits plus their associated action plans.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate management system audits (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015) and other external HSE Audits such as MAESTRO.

• Coordinate compilation of action plans for closure of management system gaps.

• Develop and monitor implementation of an internal IMS/MAESTRO audit plan.

• Ensure proper coordination of HSE meetings (Safety Breakfast, HSE Committee, Management Reviews, Business Reviews)

• Coordinate staff awareness sessions on Quality, IMS & One MAESTRO and or new Procedures.

• Maintain custody of the company master index, update it regularly, increase staff awareness of the company procedures and update the company document referential.

• Conduct gap analysis on HSE company rules in OSCAR and establish action plans to close gaps.

• Lead documentation of incident investigations including Cause Tree Analysis, determine root causes, develop action plans and REX after.

• Lead product quality checks/investigations in conjunction with the laboratory.
