About the role:

• The Operational Improvement Team is currently engaged in several crucial projects and the introduction of a new KPI process.
• Implementation of this process spans across Legacy Ponds and supply chain frameworks.
• The team aims to facilitate improvement at a plant-based level by assisting and directing supervision and operators to achieve sustainable operational enhancements.
• Collaborating within plant focus teams to assess and explore operational improvements and initiate change.
• Providing guidance and coaching to the operational supervision team for the attainment of operational and support KPIs.

Requirements:

• Practical problem-solving using B.I and C.I tools.
• Inputting into the balanced scorecard tool
• Managing action closeout at supervision and plant level C.
• Quality skills are required
• Understanding of the NCR process.
