DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
  • The focus of the role is global reporting, data analysis and data visualization. The Performance Analyst is centralized role supporting multiple projects and stakeholders across GPC-East region with various key deliverables to support both functional and project delivery.
  • All personnel are expected to adhere to local HSEQ codes and practices and Subsea 7 Code of Conduct.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - the role will cover the following key deliverables/activities. The candidate should demonstrate knowledge/experience in the given aspects.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Performing analysis on quality and performance data trends coming from various business systems.
  • Engaging constructively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements, data and information are fully captured, communicated, understood and delivered within required timeframes.
  • Supporting functions/projects to develop, test, document, and implement robust data collection processes.
  • Automating data management and the communication, reporting and visualization of information.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that support a visual representation of various forms of quality and performance data.
  • Investigate root causes of data discrepancy, partner with stakeholders across the business to resolve these and put in place measures to ensure highest level of data integrity.

The successful candidates shall have:
  • An understanding of the energy (oil & gas, offshore renewables, mining, etc.) industry and the challenges associated with the journey to net-zero, as well as a basic awareness of the statutory obligations under which Subsea7 operates globally.
  • Qualified to degree level, or relevant experience with well-developed communication skills with the ability to present and offer challenge to internal and external audiences on business-critical content.
  • Experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Data handling - Structuring data sets, import/export data from various software packages.
  • Data visualization - converting data sets into meaningful, user friendly visualizations.
  • Proven familiarity/use of Excel (including VBA Macro function), Oracle, Primavera, SAP.
  • Mathematical acumen - to process Contingency Calculations (using Monte Carlo Simulations/Excel calculations) and release plans.
  • Demonstrable influencing skills and the ability to work with a wide range of disciplines in the organization to determine the best business solutions.
  • Self-motivated, analytical individual with well-honed problem-solving skills'.
  • Fluency in English.
