We are currently looking for a SCM Specialist - Process & Systems and Continuous Improvement to :
  • Work with the SCM (Supply Chain Management) Director to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deploy new SCM processes and systems under the supervision of the Lead SCM Specialist Process & Systems

Key Responsibilities :

Processes
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of the SCM processes and become a reference person in the department.
  • Carry out controls to ensure Company's procedures are properly used.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Propose and implement changes.

Systems & Tools
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of the SCM systems and tools and become super user of SAP and SAP Ariba.
  • Provide training and first level support to end-users on SCM systems and tools.
  • Take an active role with the testing of new SCM Systems or new functionalities of existing systems, implemented either across the Group or within the Region.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Develop new SCM tools.
  • Issue periodical reports on the use of the SCM systems and tools.

Continuous Improvement
  • Work with the SCM Director on the development of continuous improvement initiatives of the Department.
  • Develop and monitor a set of KPIs to measure the performance of the Department.
  • Work on the development of performance dashboards.
  • Coordinate and follow up corrective or continuous improvement actions plans.
  • Prepare the as-spent analysis of the GPC.
Skills :
  • Strong and solid knowledge of MS Office suite: Power BI and Excel, VBA skills is a plus.
  • Highly organised, good attention to details
  • Good relationship and collaborative behavior
  • Capacity to liaise with various professionals to understand their needs or to obtain information from them.
  • Confident to carry out training sessions and run workshops.
  • Able to manage end-users' expectations.
  • Good written presentation skills to prepare market studies, reports or presentation materials.
