RESPONSIBILITIES

• To work under general supervision and guidance from experienced engineers.
• Perform routine structural analysis and engineering calculations to safe and optimized design.
• Prepare engineering documents according to defined procedure and instructions from project Lead or Senior engineer.
• Participating in discussions with other engineers and drafters in a project.
• Maybe required to perform short site visit duty in the offshore or onshore facility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor of Science/Engineering in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience on oil and gas upstream offshore facility structural engineering. Experience in the on oil and gas upstream onshore facility civil & structural engineering is and added advantage.
• Experience in any form of duty on offshore facility is an added advantage.
• Familiar with in major oil and gas and civil and structural code of practice such as Petronas PTS, AISC 9th Ed, AISC 360 (LRFD & ASD), EN 1993, among others.
• Able to perform basic engineering analysis using SACS Suite Program.
• Able to use STAAD Pro/ANYSYS/GRLWEAP/USFOS/SESAM Genie is an added advantage.
