Primary duties include managing day to day fleet operations.
- Running fleet reports, assigning vehicles, ensuring all PM's are scheduled and completed for all fleet vehicles.
- Work closely with Vehicare shop to ensure all PO's are approved and completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain Structure and approval summaries.
- Receiving new vehicles and remarketing vehicles when they have reached the end of life.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Other responsibilities include providing backup to the Office Administrator with clerical and administrative duties.
- Duties to include filing, data entry, data management, scheduling, and providing general support to staff.
- Day to day management of the office.
- Display effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with peers, across different teams and departments, 3rd parties, and outside officials.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and desire to learn additional systems.
- Ability to multi-task with a strong focus on detail.
