JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a major Midstream operator is seeking a Fieldglass Administrator for a long term, open ended assignment. The primary responsibilities will be working under Supply Chain group as SAP Fieldglass Administrator SME to support Supervisors and Suppliers.
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Contract Duration: 12 months subject to extension

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Fieldglass VMS platform, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and providing user support
- Negotiate and Verify Supplier Rates
- Help to Supervisors create, Job Postings, Revise Workers, Onboard/Offboard workers
- Manage Job Templates, Supplier Profiles
- Run Reports for various Stakeholder groups
- Ensure Invoice process between Fieldglass and S4
- Troubleshoot error handling report
- Attend meetings with Technical Run Team to review, assist, approve, IT tickets
- 5-8 years of experience in vendor management, workforce management, or related field
- Proven experience with the Fieldglass VMS platform, including system configuration and administration
