JOB DESCRIPTION
Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Ampol to deliver leading maintenance services to their Lytton site.
We are currently seeking expression of interest on short-term positions for motivated and experienced Trade Assistants with maintenance and turnaround/shutdown experience, to work as part of our team supporting the upcoming 2024 Ampol Shutdown, commencing 16th July for 4-6 weeks.
This is a good short-term opportunity to earn EXCELLENT RATES, while still being based at home.
This is a Brisbane-based role - not a FIFO position. At this time, we will only consider applications from Australian citizens or those with the required permit/VISA for this region, in place.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Display excellent communication skills
- Be a proven team player
- Display a strong attitude towards safety
- Be organised and reliable.
- Previous Shutdown/T&I experience is a definite advantage
- You will have proven maintenance experience in heavy industry environments
- Safety Construction card
- Current Forklift License desirable
- Must current Working at Heights and Confined Space ticket - validity two years from date of issue
- Penalty rates apply
- Must be available for Wood medical ASAP
