JOB DESCRIPTION
Wood is currently hiring for a Full-Time Office Coordinator / Dispatcher to work in our Sidney, Montana office. The incumbent of this position will provide support for the local Sidney office and field employees throughout Montana, West Texas and North Dakota.
Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required
RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected individual will work directly with Account Managers, the HR Department and the Safety Department, completing a variety of tasks related to business operations. The position will be responsible for data entry and management, dispatching and organizing trucks, obtaining permits, cell phone management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and will also schedule training, as well as some basic office duties.
The incumbent must be well-organized, able to manage multiple activities and priorities with the ability to remain on task despite interruptions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Solid experience using Excel
- Ability to extract Excel data and correctly use that data to formulate reports
- Able to work independently, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds, experience, and projects
- Able to troubleshoot basic cell phone technology issues, including iPhone and Samsung
- Confidentiality is essential
- Proficient in Excel
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One to Three years of office management/Administration preferred but not required
- Attention to detail
- Strong organization skills with excellent time management
- Flexibility and willingness to assist where required across the business
- Phone & computer set-up knowledge a plus
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Work independently
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish is a plus but not required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
