JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform Level 1 ERM application support for a global userbase.
- Development of a suite of standard reports, custom reports, and dashboards using DEVEXPRESS and other reporting tools.
- Ensure that proper controls are in place so that reports are accurate and timely, resolving any issues/errors.
- Contribute to the Reports development lifecycle including understanding of requirements, designing and development of reports.
- Creating SQL Queries to provide ad-hoc reports, analysis, and datasets based on business needs.
- Basic application and database troubleshooting skills.
- Oracle PL/SQL programming.
- Experienced in developing reports using report designers like DevExpress report designer, Crystal reports.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated individual that works well on their own and within team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively with both business and technical team / stakeholders.
