- Travel to customer sites for the installation, configuration, and commissioning of robotic arm manipulators.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales) and external stakeholders (customers, site personnel) to ensure project success.
- Perform thorough site assessments to identify potential integration challenges and propose solutions.
- Install and configure robotic arm manipulators according to specifications and safety protocols.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation procedures to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Provide comprehensive on-site training to customer personnel on the operation and maintenance of the robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after installation, ensuring efficient system operation.
- Document all deployment activities, including detailed reports and technical logs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant safety regulations and implement them throughout the deployment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing and configuring robotic systems, preferably arm manipulators.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control system principles.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques for robotics systems.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites (overnight stays may be required).
