We are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator based in Altens, this entry level role is a key role within the ESSA region, supporting the workshop, operations and sales teams. To be successful in this role you will need to have exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills as you will be involved in multiple areas of the business.

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator based in Altens, this entry level role is a key role within the ESSA region, supporting the workshop, operations and sales teams. Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting workshop with data entry inspection reports
- Document control updating and maintaining certification database
- Raising purchase orders on 3rd party vendors for facility
- Day to day administration for facility maintenance
- Job Tracking for the regional travelling service personnel
- Controlling calibration dates for local workshop
- Administration or equivalent IT skills
- Attention to Detail
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
