PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review customer order status and expedite material flow.
• Contacts customer when specified period of time has passed to define if customer still wants merchandise.
• Furnish information about shipments to customer service team.
• Releases merchandise to customer upon arrival.
• Handle Staged Reports for all orders pending in will call.
• Compile and record information pertaining to all orders in will call.
• Follows up with each customer to ensure timely processing.
• Communicates delivery statuses and updates to the customer service representatives.
• Will work and complete multiple orders at the same time.
• Ensures paperwork and system completion are accurate and thorough.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous inspection experience is a plus
• Experience in Warehouse Receiving, Auditing, or other areas will be considered on a case by case basis

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
• Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
• ERP system knowledge preferred.
• Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
