NOV Gusto invite applications for the role of Team Lead within our E&I team. We are an industry leader in offshore technology solutions. In this pivotal role, you'll be entrusted with the supervision, development, and support of a dedicated team working on our sophisticated product range, including heavy lift cranes, jacking systems, and fixation systems.

In this role, you will also support the department manager in developing the department, contribute to strategic planning, and help improve procedures, function descriptions, and future developments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute department strategy within the team according to the annual department plan.
• Contribute to the department strategy, objectives, and prioritization.
• Continuously contribute to the development of the department to increase productivity and employee engagement.
• Supervise assigned team within the assigned discipline(s).
• Responsible for continuous development & coaching of assigned staff.
• Maintain a resource allocation planning of your team for optimal manning of workload.
• Ensure acceptable and healthy workloads are maintained.
• Manage and decide on performance and provide input for renumeration increases.
• Manage holidays, sickness registration, of team members.
• Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's mission, vision, and values.
• Actively network with stakeholders within GustoMSC.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A bachelor's degree from a technical education related to E&I or equivalent level
• Experience within Electronics including concept and basic engineering in switchboards and drive systems (Essential)
• Strong proven leadership experience (Essential)
• Full professional proficiency of the English language.
• Proactive, analytical, and positive attitude, as well as outstanding collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of the products delivered by GustoMSC.
• Good knowledge of the Dutch language (Desirable)
