NOV Corporate Africa is seeking and administrative and finance support for review of Invoices, Centralised 3rd party and Intercompany payments. Project: To support with the transition of new AP and IC Payment organisation.

NOV Corporate Africa is seeking and administrative and finance support for review of Invoices, Centralised 3rd party and Intercompany payments. Project: To support with the transition of new AP and IC Payment organisation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
TAP Review of Invoices:
- Perform controls as per AP Payments Review and Approval
- Ensuring Tax invoice in line with NOV Policy: DOA respected; Banking Information
- Daily clearing of invoices from ERP system by vouching and posting once all queries have been resolved.
- Obtain and review Host to Host and manual payment groups from Centralised AP and in country teams as per weekly payment run process.
- Ensure that all payments that are submitted by the Centralised AP and in country teams are scheduled as per the Payment Run process.
- Update and maintain payment statuses and queries.
- Support with reporting on Payment statuses for the week
- Create and maintain records and approvals.
- Tertiary level administration or finance qualification
- 3+ years relevant experience (AP, Payments and Banking advantageous)
- Ability to speak English is a requirement.
- Experience with communication across Africa advantageous
- Computer literacy (Word/ Excel and PowerPoint)
