JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

The Operations Lead (Yard Foreman) is responsible for planning and directing of production activities for an assigned shift. The Operation Lead (Yard Foreman) reports to the Inspection Operations Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, plan and direct production activities and establish production priorities remaining consistent with company goals.
• Assist with training of inspection personnel.
• Troubleshoot problems that are occurring in the facility.
• Assist with personnel issues which may include disciplinary action and performance reviews.
• Maintains a high level of quality and safety awareness.
• Any and all other job duties as assigned by Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• High School Education or Equivalent is required.
• Be familiar with the equipment under his control, and how that equipment is used to furnish a finished quality product is required
• Excellent communication skills is required.
• Computer literate is required.
• Knowledge of safety requirements for employees required.
• STOP Safety Program experience, preferred.
• Hazardous Waste Storage Experience, preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience, preferred.

Pay Range

• $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
