JOB DESCRIPTION

This will be an On Site recruiter in Odessa Texas. We are NOT looking for any one remote. We are seeking an experienced recruiter to execute our recruitment process; from creating job descriptions to identifying potential hires by interviewing and evaluating candidates. The recruiter will play an important role in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. Experienced with filling a variety of roles. You should be a relationship builder. We will require this skillset, in order to know the business and the hiring managers you will support.

Responsibilities will include the following:

Consult

• Collaborate with HR and Managers to design and update job descriptions
• Conduct Intake calls with Hiring Managers to fully understand job requirements
• Make recommendations to hiring managers as needed
• Collaborate with managers and leaders to identify current and future hiring needs
• Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

Advertise

• Post job openings on company's careers page, social media, and job boards
• Use recruiting tools such as [applicant tracking, knowledge management software, external resources/social media resources] to fill assignment orders rapidly with qualified employees
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud/HUB Recruiting preferred

Source and Interview

• Screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing
• Source potential candidates from various online channels
• Conduct in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
• Follow-up on the interview process status
• Assist with the negotiation of offers, as needed
• LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

Measure

• Monitor key HR metrics.
• Maintain records on recruiting activities
• Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels
• Research, analyze, and present hiring statistics.
