General operative duties in this instance could include:

Records production data, including daily production output, overtime, attendance etc.

Spool miter drawing and lamination checklist preparation based on project schedule by production team.

Raise purchase requisition (PR) of general production (GP) and small toll item based on production request.

Spool miter order entry into project list file for production used.

Maintains files of documents used and prepared.

Perform any other duties assigned by working foreman and supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.

Candidate must have (2) years of job-related experience including basic computer operations skills is required.

Must work effectively under heavy deadline pressures.

Good communication skills and motivation. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Knowledge about Microsoft excel is advantages.

Basic reading and written English knowledge.
