Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize your own portfolio, consisting of a mix of organizational development, learning and development, employee engagement and project-based work
- Partner with leaders and HR to understand challenges and opportunities
- Deliver core programs to build organizational capability (manager & leadership development, talent management, performance development)
- Consult, co-create and implement interventions including, but not limited to, coaching, workshops, team development, assessments, change.
Ultimately, we're looking for someone with a growth mindset and high learning agility.
- Previous experience in learning, talent and/or organizational development
- Qualification in a relevant discipline or other foundational certification is desirable, however nothing beats experience and a keen desire to learn
- Facilitation, coaching and presentation skills (both in person and virtual)
- High sense of accountability, action and solution orientation
- Ability and willingness to work as part of an international team
- Continuous improvement focused, a willingness to suggest new ideas and run with them
- Tech savvy. A good portion of the work we do is online/virtual
- Willingness to take some after hours meetings, as we are a global company
- Business level fluency in English and Chinese would be desired.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, or learning delivery experience
- Understanding of 9 box/cell Talent Review and Development
