Facility/Group Responsibilities

  • Provide continual evaluation of the group's processes and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
  • Provide day to day supervision of employee job execution, to include; training, performance evaluation and employee relations.
  • Resolve issues regarding client complaints and other matters.
  • Work closely with managers in other departments, such as sales, on updating policies and procedures for client services.
  • Monitor correspondence between representatives and customers.
  • Ensure representatives are informed about any changes with company products, procedures and services.
  • Provide quotes to assigned customers.
  • Continually review and process open sales orders.
  • Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
Education & Experience Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' of experience in a customer service environment, including direct customer contact by phone, in-person and in writing.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in customer service environment.
