PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with their goals.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's HPS business within the designated territory or account list. This involves prospecting, lead generation, and converting leads into sales.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's HPS products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. This knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
- Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to post-sale support. Address any concerns or issues that may arise and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Other responsibilities as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical or electrical background preferred
- 2+ years of related experience preferred but willing to train
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Basic to advanced understanding of pump mechanics
- Basic to advanced knowledge of drives and drive repair
- Proficiency in operating laser alignment tools
- Familiarity with basic principles of pump hydraulics and the ability to understand pump curves
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite
