We Power the Industry that Powers the World. NOV - Fiberglass Systems provides composite piping systems, fittings, and structures to the oil and gas, chemical, marine, offshore, fuel handling, and mining industries.
These DAY SHIFT positions are routinely scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00am - 5:00pm

This entry-level position is located in Giddings, TX, and ensures the safe and quality finishing of our tanks and wastewater products before shipment to our customers.

This entry-level position is located in Giddings, TX, and ensures the safe and quality finishing of our tanks and wastewater products before shipment to our customers.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operates fiberglass chop gun
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
- Utilize safe work habits
- Wear appropriate PPE
- Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures
- Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
- Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
- Ability to work overtime and shift work as required.
- Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, Repetitive Movement, and Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily.
- Forklift license a plus.
- Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required.
- Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations.
- Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly.
- Travel less than 10%.
