PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding of the spares process, order management, financial and administrative aspects of Aftermarket business

• Evaluating spares business processes, anticipating requirements, identifying improvement areas.

• Understanding of system relationships for the spares and related processes

• Deliver training to the end users relating to the process and associated application

• Assist regarding developing and implementing solutions

• Providing supporting evidence to assist and guide towards the business user community

• Assisting/documenting change requirements for future process changes/improvements

• Identification where further improvements can be made relating to both process and system

• Feedback/documenting current updates/progress for both and processes

• Reporting of ongoing business issues relating to processes/systems

• Escalation routing of process/system issues to the Business Process Group team

• Assist senior management to provide strategic direction and develop, implement and monitor the goals, objectives, priorities and procedures relating to the organization

• Key team member within the Aftermarket Business Process Group

• Perform further work related tasks as assigned.

• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the Aftermarket strategy, work toward continuous business processes improvements based on immediate and future business needs.

• Apply process innovation to overcome organizational problems.

• Complete set tasks within the Business Process groups work areas

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing

• Assist with design and reports with metrics used to demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness, identify roadblocks and assess impact to project plans.

• Assist with creation of time and resource plans for new initiatives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a process related role

• Understands the key requirements for function of processes with the organisation

• Exceptional conceptual thinking skills.

• Aims to have a global mindset

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Highlight critical path activities that can affect project deadlines / deliverables

• Maintain a high degree of situation awareness.

• Provide weekly summary reports to Business Process Group Manager

• Travel between regions if required to assist with promoting the Business Process Group and the strategies towards the benefit of Aftermarket and NOV.

• Arrange remote meetings and work groups with business unit leaders and/or SMEs

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 familiar *

• Strong understanding of Microsoft business suite of applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,etc)

• Strong IT skillset on non-Microsoft applications.

• Valid Passport and Driver's License required. Should there be any known Visa application restrictions, these should be made known

* Not essential but would be preferred which relates to an understanding of Dynamics 365 and not necessarily to system configuration/setup/coding
