JOB DESCRIPTION

The ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Data Analyst will serve to support the organizations' rapidly evolving ESG data reporting requirements. The candidate will serve a key role in leading the ReedHycalog ESG data collection & analysis efforts, driving data-focused campaigns, and interfacing across various functions. This highly collaborative role works with various teams to collect, organize, and evaluate ESG data while maintaining data integrity, supporting database design, and interpreting relevant statistical trends.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages multiple aspects of the ESG data collection process including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring, expediting, summarizing, and communicating progress at regular intervals to ensure ReedHycalog meets it annual ESG reporting deadlines.
• Identifies and addresses limitations and outliers of ESG data.
• Aggregates ESG data as necessary to support sustainability reporting.
• Understands our evolving ESG data needs, which current data meets those needs; and recommends complementary data sets.
• Analyzes existing data sources and methodologies for accuracy.
• Contributes to the development of dashboards to improve ESG process integration where applicable.
• Recommends and supports implementation of reporting frameworks and technologies to support regulatory reporting needs.
• Ensures that data collection, analysis and reporting projects are completed on time.
• Develops and maintains associated documentation and communications.
• Gathers, organizes, and interprets data to provide reports and answer questions from management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Computer Science, Sustainability / ESG or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of three (3) years in Data Processing, with at least two years of experience with database management systems.
• JDE experience preferred.
• Experience in the nuances of specific ESG data sets, data structure and quality of ESG ratings, scores and other data sets is preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to travel between Conroe and Houston NOV office locations.
• This position may require travel.
• Adhere to all HSE and ESG requirements.
• Working hours to be identified by manager.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES'

• Advanced to Expert in Microsoft Suite
• Oracle JD Edwards experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• General experience utilizing business intelligence platforms and data visualization, such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
