Would you like to be part of a global, multicultural team working on the design and implementation of strategic HR policies and projects in a context of transformation? Then join our team as Talent Management Officer, and work closely with the Global Talent Management Director and Talent Development Project Managers within the Group Human Resources department.

In order to develop your skills, you will :

• Help prepare and lead annual campaigns: performance management, mid-year development interviews, people reviews, etc.
• Contribute to our flagship initiative "My Development Journey" by working on building career paths, organizing business events, structuring and coordinating internal mobility, etc.
• Help produce and consolidate data/KPIs and participate in Talent Management dashboard projects.
• Ensure that our communication materials (organization charts, HR library, etc.) are kept up to date.

Profile:

• Education at Bac +5 level (Grande Ecole de Commerce or University),
• Fluent English (working language),
• Strong analytical skills,
• Particular attention to detail,
• Strong organizational skills,
• Proactivity, autonomy and curiosity,
• Proficiency in office software (PPT, Excel, Teams).
