The Salesforce Developer plays a pivotal role in the enhancement and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. The role sits on a team responsible for creating and optimizing experiences for our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that our organization provides an exceptional online customer journey. As a Developer, you will be responsible for customizing and developing Salesforce solutions to meet the evolving needs of our growing organization. This role requires an understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management, as well as effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to support and streamline business processes, including the creation of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and other customizations as needed.
• Perform data migrations, data maintenance, and data quality initiatives within the Salesforce platform.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for various teams and departments.
• Assist in the development of user training materials and provide training and support to end-users as needed.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization's Salesforce implementation remains up-to-date and efficient.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and effective communication throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 or more years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Workflow Rules
• Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of integration tools and techniques for Salesforce, such as REST and SOAP APIs
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Advanced Approvals, & Salesforce Shield
• Willingness to provide 24x7 support
• Experience with other CRM systems and related technologies
• A track record of successful Salesforce project implementations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• A strong commitment to keeping abreast of the latest Salesforce developments and best practices
