JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood (trading locally as Wood KSS LLP) is currently looking for a Material Coordinator (KZ Passport holders) to join our team in Atyrau, Kazakhstan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination of all material requests raised by Construction BPs, Project Engineers
• Verifies correctness of submitted MTF (MR-Q) with last approved drawings, MTO and JP
• Searches for the required material from MTFs in Expediting report and CAR
• Arranges for full circulation of issuing documentation: check, filling, approval, registration etc.
• Assist Requestors in creating Delivery Request List in ERM AVEVA
• Arrange delivery of Goods from/to WHSE and worksites
• Plans the most efficient manner for materials issuing to Construction BP
• Provides various reports
• Materials certificates
• Interacts with Warehouse personnel
• Populates ERM AVEVA with data on issuance performed on daily basis
• Chairing weekly progress meeting with Construction Contractors
• Focal point for Coordination issues come from Planners, Work Face Planners
• Makes handover to back-to-back

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in economics (accounting)/engineering
• Experience in industry: no less than 3 years on the position
• Strong understanding of principals of supply chain
• Computer skills
