Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
  • Responsible for selling full scope products and solutions related to building segment
  • Targeting new projects and potential customers. Penetrating new clients & developing close professional relations with key decision makers and influencers in assigned geographical area.
  • Keeping updated with industry developments, new products, technologies, regulations, and standards related to the construction segment.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop customized solutions for targeted customers or projects
  • Achieve Monthly, Yearly agreed order and sales targets
  • Responsible of identifying market trends, key players moves and potential areas for growth for the Building segment.
  • Coordinating projects tenders and quotations with relevant division in the company to meet customer satisfaction and due dates following the Processes formulated by Schneider Electric.
Qualifications

About You
  • Minimum of 8 years Experience
  • Bachelor's degree of Electrical Engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge on Medium Voltage, Low voltage Switchgear, VFD's, PLCs Transformers, Industrial Automation, Energy management Systems, Protection Relays, and Field Testing.
  • Ability to leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plan. Consistently demonstrates alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present their views in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances and have the ability to thrive in a constantly changing business environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Professional user of Microsoft office
  • Excellent presentation skills
