The Role: Operations Manager - Pacific Digital Customer Relationship (DCR) Team

What will you do?

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our Digital Marketing and Digital Content Delivery. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Marketing Automation Operations, including designing, creating, and delivering effective digital marketing campaigns using Marketo or SalesForce Marketing Cloud, as well as familiarity with web data and content management. The manager will be responsible for effective collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery of campaigns, reports, and insights, as well as handling related requests. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a cross-functional environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Operations Manager will provide inspired leadership by developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures, assisting in recruiting quality team members, working to increase client satisfaction, and implementing best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the Cavite Pacific team for Digital Marketing, Digital Content Delivery and Analytics capabilities, drive employee engagement and team development

• Track, optimize and own the capacity model and team planning tool, to ensure that we are best utilizing team members and delivering to the expectations of the business

• Drive employee engagement and development opportunities for the team alongside the global hub leads, to ensure that development plans are being met and capabilities increasing where required

• Communicate and manage risks in the team to the wider digital and data leadership team to ensure that team commitments and outputs are understood and remediated appropriately

• Drive communication of key work and success from the team to highlight the contribution to the broader marketing and analytics community

• Process mapping and improvements for key capabilities to ensure continuous improvement planning

• Other tasks which maybe assigned from time to time

• Key Metrics: Improved velocity of tracked metrics in capacity plan, Adherence to development plans of hub teams to drive technology stack adoption, Adherence to team SLAs

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience leading a team of digital marketing professionals, Digital Content Delivery and Analytics

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools. The candidate should have personal experience using various digital marketing tools, examples: Marketo, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, email marketing, social media advertising, and Google Analytics.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills. The candidate should be able to effectively communicate with others, both in written and verbal form, and be able to present ideas clearly and concisely.

• Analytical mindset to drive new opportunities from team and make informed decisions

• Strong stakeholder management and networking capability to drive team capabilities and outcomes

• Ability to stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and be able to adapt to changing market demands.

• Ability to handle pressure to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
