We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and forward-thinking Digital Product Consultant to help achieve our business and marketing goals by activating a full-service personalized digital experience. The individual will work with Schneider Electric business (Sales / Channel Owners) and Marketing stakeholders, as well as local and global Digital Customer Relationship teams, to collaborate and guide on creating and deploying digital experience and enablement strategies across a scope of customers.

The ideal candidate has an appropriate blend of digital and business experience with proven results, project management skills, and "the secret sauce" needed to succeed in this role.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
  • Collaborate with business (Sales / Channel Owners) and Marketing teams to guide and help create and deploy digital experience and enablement strategies.
  • Own the digital customer experience for specified mySchneider (logged in) customer types in alignment with Schneider Electric digital, business and marketing strategies. Customer types include, but are not limited to: Electrical Distributors, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), industry System Integrators, Control Panel Builders and Retail Agents.
  • Work with internal teams to plan, create and project manage the roll out of business services, processes, programs, tools, and infrastructure to support and enable the day-to-day requirements of customers and partners doing business with Schneider Electric digitally.
  • Collaborate with Marketing managers to activate campaigns and value-added content to attract and retain users in Schneider Electric's digital ecosystem.
  • Monitor voice of customer surveys and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as the "voice of the customer" across functions (local and global) and lines of business to advocate for their business needs and ensure a world-class digital experience.
  • Manage monthly update meetings with business/channel and marketing leaders to ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Identify customer, feature and competitive insights via research and data, develop success metrics, and measure performance and progress towards digital strategy goals.
  • Stay abreast of digital trends and relevant conversations - uncover new ways for Schneider Electric to lead and contribute to the digital acceleration of customers and partners, with an optimized self-service digital experience.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
  • Bachelor's Degree in digital product management, marketing, or a business- or technology-related field
  • 3+ years' experience working with digital products or services, websites, digital marketing or related technology
  • Experience with epics, use cases and user stories to inform feature design and development, and what success looks like
  • Effective project management skills, focusing on attention to detail, deadlines and keeping work on track
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and resourceful
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and relationship-management skills
  • Bring a strategic and analytical approach
  • Enjoy customer-facing programs and designing based on personas
  • Passion for the customer's experience and a natural curiosity for digital and how it can drive and enable business strategy
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Ability to learn new programs and platforms as required in the role (Ex: Marketo, WebEx, SalesForce)
  • Reside in the US (remote / hybrid / Flexible work model)
  • Ability to travel domestically
