Description

This position is accountable for the leadership, communication, staffing, and performance of a regional team(s) of Order Specialists supporting Channel Led Projects . This position provides coaching and development activities for the regional team of Order Specialists and a Team Captain.

The Channel Execution Manager will be accountable for formulating goals, objectives, and strategies to support the Channel in the fast-paced, high-volume area of Channel Led Projects business to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

This leadership position will partner with the Project Execution, National Sales, and Channel organizations to ensure the alignment of s and strategies. This position is responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the project management activities. Furthermore, this position is responsible for engagement with internal manufacturing facilities and the supply chain organization to ensure the timely delivery of equipment and overall customer requirements are met.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and equivalent commercial experience supporting Channel Led Business
  • Demonstrated customer focus and highly responsive, coupled with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities concurrently
  • Demonstrated ability through data analysis to develop, evaluate, and implement processes and procedures that increase efficiency and drive customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with remote teams
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain, and empower a remote team
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and demonstrates the ability to build relationships, influence others across functional boundaries, and constructively manage conflict
  • Must have strong time management and organizational skills; be self-motivated, and proven ability to motivate others
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and drive personal and teamwork life balance
  • SE Partner Product and application knowledge of low voltage electrical distribution and control equipment
  • Ability to travel (50%) within region for national sales and channel partner events and relationship development
  • Possess a good working knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard business application software including working knowledge of Q2C, SE Advantage, Bfo Case management, Tableau, and BFO reporting.
