- Accountability for profitable growth strategy for TCO
- Build customer intimacy and strong relationships
- Deploy & implement both short- and long portfolio-wide account plan increasing SE share of wallet
- Sell full scope of Schneider Electric Field services portfolio
- Orchestrate Sales Specialists / Presale / Execution teams
- Lead end2end customer experience
- Be a customer advocate and create Win/Win
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Proven Ability in strategic selling to large companies with complex multi plant footprint
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good to have principal knowledge of either electrical energy transition or process automation & digitalization;
- Ability to lead teams within matrix organization
- Both fluent English and Russian languages are must!
